To My Fellow Men And Leaders Of This World "Prayer Makes Us"

From my heart to you all

I have strongly come to believe that what will what strongly unite men is this one thing called VISION and PURPOSE, when a man is visionary every other man can have some one else to look up too and hence himself help build other men.

To get such a man or men is not easy because such men are MADE, CRAFTED & MOLDED through PRAYER, they are men who seek out the presence of God and dwell there in, If you are to move a fellow man, this is how Hudson Taylor put it, "It is possible to move men, through God, by PRAYER ALONE".

This validates the statement that A MAN OUGHT TO PRAY and not lose heart. If a fellow man is praying and his fellow men are praying they become an un-stoppable force, George Giddle says Give me one man bought by PRAYER and not by A SWORD.

I am reminded especially about how praying connects and how God releases another man to go rescue the other by doing the instructions given by God. This is a classic story between Paul and Ananias, Paul had the experience of damascus and he was blind, he prayed and fasted 3 days and while he was praying, Ananias was also praying and God spoke to him and told him to go and pray for Paul and the scales fell off his eyes, Men who pray can be destiny carries, Men who pray can be deliverers of fellow men and nations, men who pray hear directly from God and do exactly as he said. To me nothing more can humble a man than prayer and fasting before God as he crucifies his dominant self that would want to do things in his own way, another humbling thing is when a fellow man who prays and heard from God brings forth a message of deliverance.

As men we shouldn't neglect one another, we should pray for one another, we should value what we can learn from one another and we should stand with one another, we should love and encourage one another and we should look at ourselves beyond the eyes of our weaknesses but strengthen our weaknesses and strengthen our strengths.

[I loved how we ended our fellowship as men the last time we met,] - from a fellowship experience. the prayers we ended with sealed and protected our purpose for one another and for the whole earth, MEN who pray and practice it will see evident results, Men who pray and dwell in his presence will grow in the right environment and be prepared for anything, they will never fear a thing because God has built a hedge around them just like for JOB.

Lastly Men can only be met and won in the place of prayer, never get into a physical battle with a man, the one who wins loses and the one who loses wins, we as men are on the same team and competition shouldn't be among-st us but we should win together and rejoice in each other's victories because it only makes us all better, My success is your success, my promotion is your promotion, my joy is your joy, my pain is your pain, my loss is your loss, Let the batter by won in prayer and let the victory both be ours and such a thing annoys the devil more than anything, Instead of us being scattered, VISION, PURPOSE and PRAYER will unite us.

There is no better VOICE to hear than the VOICE of God in TIMES WHERE there are so many other voices

Can you hear his voice, Each time you read his word. Can you hear his voice, Each time you share and speak with someone. Can you hear his voice, Each time you walk down the street and walk into the market. Can you hear his voice, Each time you try to give up and throw in the towel. Can you hear his voice, Each time you think it's over.

The voice of the Lord ----- echoes above the sea

The God of glory thunders

The voice of the Lord is powerful

In his temple everyone shouts "Glory"

Understanding, Knowledge & Wisdom

UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM

These three things above could be the greatest weapons to financial freedom. 

There are many times in life when impatience gets the best of us, instead of learning and acquiring knowledge which we should apply, we are after the fish, the bananas and the money itself.

Money that comes to the hands that don't know how to manage will most definitely vanish in thin air.

The Chinese proverb says that instead of giving fish, teach someone how to fish.

knowledge acquisition to people seem so far fetched, but without knowledge and wisdom to apply it and understanding to know exactly how things work and why certain things should be done, we remain in the dark.

Don't rush for the Gold, rush for the knowledge to manage the gold, this will help you break free of any loop holes that make you run made.

The Bible in Proverbs 8 says

10 Choose my instruction rather than silver,

and knowledge rather than pure gold.

11 For wisdom is far more valuable than rubies.

Nothing you desire can compare with it.

This tells you that "it is not the money that is important, it is the instruction, knowledge and wisdom that will make you sustain everything you get."

The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty."

One of the things you never ever want to go through is living a life of regret, and most times people caught in such frenzies are those who WISHED they hadn't done this or that, of course sometimes it is inevitable but we can avoid this.

When it comes to managing finances, I have come to realize we put ourselves in a fix even without knowing but when your eyes open, it is worth changing.

I have often told people that most times the short distance you could have walked, could save you lots of money but some go with the excuse of am tired or aah! it's only one thousand but we have at least fallen on the quote that says "Beware of little expenses, a small leak will sink a great ship" - Benjamin Franklin. If you ever changed certain things you do, then you can make progress.

Here are some of the reasons people end up using boda bodas (motorcycle taxi):

1. Waking up late, so they end up paying to be rushed which can also put your life at a risk. and impact of your pocket, instead of using 1000 ugx, you end up using 4000 ugx
2. They are lazy
3. They think it is the quickest means.
4. For me I just love boda bodas, they sort me out

I changed my perception on when exactly to use these guys but I have indeed realized there is a price for being late, so when we end up having to pay the cost of being late that's why we end up spending on boda bodas more often. When i have been late, I have even cursed a bit, but when i do things a little bit earlier i found my day flowing better and saving on lots of things even that little extra money i would have paid.

You can change your attitude and say when i walk, it will contribute to my health through exercise. Attitude is key to changing as well.

The WAY You lead your life can determine how much you can save, not only money but even much more. 

To avoid living in regrets, or the "I WISH state" 

Manage your lifestyle, it should be great joy changing the way you live.

The Family - the most important part of shaping someone's life

I stand to believe that as much as we pursue careers to make us a somebody of influence,

The families and homes we grow up in determine most of what we will do,

If not seen right it is the most influential place in our lives,

Imagine how some one who comes from a broken home thinks,

Someone who comes from a home that upholds many good virtues,

Someone who comes from a rich home without regard to God,

The family will forever be the bed rock and foundation for almost 90% of our life's up bringing,

To know a good father and mother, just look at the children, the respect they have for them

The values and virtues they keep talking about and how they were brought up and what they were taught

All this springs into their daily life.

If you come from a home of thieves, you will be a thief even when you hold a government office,

What kind of influence then will you have, it will all be negative, saddening and life threatening,

If you come from a home that regards God and upholds the right biblical values then the influence will be that of God... 

#Don't neglect the power of family if it's bad be the one to fix it with the right ingredients

A Prayer for families, fathers, mothers and children 

Oh God you are the Lord of families

The name of every family is derived from heaven

May you give every family the desire and love to honor you 

and make you LORD over their homes.

May fathers declare that "As for them and their house, they will serve you"

May your light shine on every family and make every form of darkness flee and every chain broken

May your hand be upon the mothers and children to prosper you

And may every family proclaim that you are God and reflect in their everyday lives their allegiance to you.

And Lord what the devil has done to dismantle and break families

May his plan be frustrated and may restoration come

Bring every broken family back together and let money, Inheritance and so many things not take your place.

It's a time in our live's when things are hard,

may be they will get worse cause all signs show that,

What can we do?

In this helpless body,

Our strength is frail, 

the one's we hope in are Retarding, 

Their promises are Null and Void, our Imagination is limited,

our hope is choked, 

What can we do?

When our leaders are as weak as us, 

There is nothing much but we got to stand, 

We got to trust in God, He alone is our help 

A river never stops flowing because it's source is defined. 

God is our source of everything and our bosoms will be full even in hard and crunch times.

Change Is Not Too Far - It's Within You

We are living and continue to live in a world where Humanity regards what's abnormal as Normal

When we shun it, policies are made so that we can abide and protect what's evil

Governments are defending and legislating against the values that preseve man kind

And letting evil take over. The News is the same all over, Hatred, Rapes, Defilements, Wives and Husbands killing each other, Youth Un-employed, Drugs, Health centres in a sorry state, Wars after War, Wars never end, they increase all because of strive, jealousy, the desire to shed blood in the name of receiving a reward of virgins, the desire to rape young girls and boys thinking your honoring a god.

It is still a world where the church keeps quiet instead of talking against evil

The Church takes donations that have political attachments and are most times against the values and principles of God's word

The Church fights against the urge to say no to same sex marriage but gives in to the pressure of the so called HUMAN RIGHT

The Church instead of giving knowledge are engrossed in ignorant acts of human life

Instead of a Pastor praying for deliverance of someone he or she is after money and is instead the stumbling block, the stories are endless

It is very simple when stopped by a cop along a traffic high way to give them a bribe even when 

you aren't in the wrong, this is all because society has accepted that norm of life and such evil deeds keep fuelling even more evil deeds.

We live in a time where change seems to far and Humanism has become something of a god-like stature, something of importance

We have made what is wrong to become a right and what is right to become a wrong

I still believe in a God of Change, The one who created Heaven and Earth

I believe in the truth of his word written in the Holy Scriptures,

For things to turn around we shouldn't lose sight of the word of God,

We shouldn't give in the prevailing wickedness,

When everyone is falling, We shall stand,

When the world is standing, we shall Outstand them

It is never to late to Right the Wrongs,

Do your part, stand for the truth,

Don't waver, be strong and Courageous for God will be with you

I still believe there are remnants those who uphold truth and values of God's word

I still believe there are right government officials and right churches

Is till believe there are people who have a great desire for change it will happen with God at the forefront

One thing am for sure the devil lost 2000 years ago and he is fighting a loosing battle

When the devil thought that Jesus was done with the death on the cross

He thought it was over, But our Lord died that we may live

He was cursed that we may be blessed

He became poor that we might become rich through his poverty

Change isn't too far

Change is within You

It might seem like it's all over, But it's not over until God says so

We are overcomers and We won't let Humanity define what is good or bad 

We will let God define what is Good or Bad

Change is not too far, It is Within You

Take it with both your hands, Take it with all your heart, and be of great influence with the Light of God's word.

I conclude with the words of Paul, All things are permissble but not all things are beneficial and I will not be brought under the power of any because all things have been placed under my feet. And I will be the CHANGE I WANT TO SEE because the God of change who is greater than the devil in the world lives within me.

Africa Will Fight that Disease War (Like Ebola) - It is a war beyond Armory and Africa is Rising with Great Awareness

It seems to me and it gets even clearer that the weapons

of war fare imposed from some of the richest countries in this world is not just armory

but actually viruses that are created to infect people,

Imagine if the story of how Ebola came about is true,

just look at how many people have been wiped out so far,

you don't need a gun to shoot anyone, just get into contact with a sick person then it keep spreading like that...

There is a war which doesn't need people to pick up guns but a war which is invisible

and it's happening in laboratories where research is done in the name of science to avert something deadly,

Why is it that Africa has suffered more than any continent in regards to viral diseases,

our poor state even worsens things and for this to be dealt with

we call on the so called superior powers to help us,

they pour in their money and technical expertise to manage this,

we get happy and lift them up there, there is a war we can't see with our eyes but it's happening,

All I can say is Africa Rise, You are not so dump,

You Have the Intelligence, You have the Will of God to counter attack

and fight systems that are trying to take you over,

you are not less than what you ought to be, you can make your own medicine,

do your own research and fight your own battles,

We don't need to be bought, We don't need to Believe we are weak,

We are stronger, Stronger than ever, We have God's knowledge and empowerment,

We have wisdom from God... Africa Is Rising, And we won't be defeated.

That from the time I was born you heard mercy on my father and mother

You saw us through the dark days of poverty but lifted us each day and now we are not where you used to be

That you enabled my brothers and sisters get educated with the meagre resources both my parents had

That you fed us and also fed strangers and many relatives at a time when little was really little but somehow we all fed and were happy

That you brought some people in our lives who were friendly, supported us and wished us well

That even when dad passed away and many the so called close friends were no where to be seen, you took us through life and gave my mother the wisdom, strength, character and courage to believe in you, to believe that her children would be raised to a level of trusting you and being outstanding people in society.

That you died for and exchanged your life a ransom

That you have made me a little lower than the angels

That you have crowned with glory and honor

That you have given dominion over all things.

That you visit, a son of a man 

That you call me your own, adopted in your own right and made your son

I can never fathom how deep, how wide, how long, how strong your love is for me, I pledge to serve and honor you my God whose undying and unending love stretches from the time you thought about me even before i was formed in my mothers womb - you stand out as the only one and true God, you are Jehovah nissi, Jehovah rapha, Elshadi, etc Who Am I Oh God.... Who Am I Oh God...

You could have said I have told God am sorry and all is ok, forgetting that SIN affects generations - remember that what you do in the dark while others are not seeing could impact greatly on the Live's of the innocent ones that come after you. 

You could be taking it for granted and say that "Am Untouchable" - Don't be confused God is not a respecter of persons. He is LORD over you and LORD over this earth, you and I shall give account for our lives.

Sometimes while we do what we do in Ignorance or utter arrogance can be a bondage that if not dealt with, Generations suffer until the 10th generation indeed or even more

I don't want to sit in a living room one day with my children and they ask me why certain things aren't working out just because I haven't dealt with certain traits from my father's and mother's lineage - Am putting a stop to what's not right and planting what's right.

Don't Let SIN rob you of your life, family, community and Nation. Let the Change Start with you, Let the Repentance start with you, Let the Restoration Start with you, Let the Redemption start with you, Let the Rewriting of your family, community and national history start with You.

There so many things happening to our societies that could have been right if we only lived right and honored God through our lives. There is a reward for those who Obey God's Commands.

Be The Channel/ Vessel of Change and Transformation

Have you ever wondered why you are blessed with what you have, Have you have sat back to ask why do i have this in my possession, Have you ever asked yourself why you are in the place where you are today, Have you looked around and asked yourself how can i be of help, Have you ever asked yourself how you got where you are today.

There is a notion that runs in our minds that we live for ourselves and us alone, true satisfaction can never come from self gratification because none of us is meant to live like that and more so with such thinking, we are more blessed when we share our lives, we are happier when we make someone else smile, it comes from the hearts of hearts, you want to see a life get better, you want to see a life improved.

When Istudy my life and look back, there are so many things i am grateful for even though i might have not had the best of times while growing up, but there are victories to look at and draw strength from, there are moments of joy to look at and say it was a good moment, when i sit back and remember how i did discussions with my friends to excel in my exams, it gives me joy and i can say firmly "it is the power of not working alone but coming together and sharing ideas for everyone's common good". 

When i look back at the moment when i was being sent home for not paying my school fees dues, those were sad moments you know very well that there was lots you were going to miss, the classes, the lessons, the sports with your friends hence leaving room for catch-up if indeed the fees was paid earlier, I look back and say why didn't God give my parents enough money to see me through not knowing they were working their tails off to make sure i got an education, indeed we ought to be grateful because as young people yours and my work was to study and learn and their work was to look for provision to make sure you and i got the best even though it was little, I would jump for joy when the fees was paid and I were allowed back in school to resume your studies.

When I look back at the sacrifices my mother made, I was told the story by her of how she had to make ends meet for us to have supplements of a better life, cooking with firewood like we were in a village setting, in the place of milk we took porridge because hey the dime wasn't there to buy such good things, infact i do remember that when we had milk and bread we were so happy and hey you wouldn't want to miss that breakfast but God through his mercy took us through and now we are grown, she opened up a kiosk, selling all the small groceries in the upscale area of Bugolobi to be specific Bazarabuzi drive street. he had to brew Waragi (local alcohol) to see that we had some money. My dad was working in the ministry information and the money wasn't enough because the home did not only house his own children but all sorts of people who were not relatives and today their lives are much better, many live like Kings and i guess they can remember how big my father's heart was to accept very many people, can you imagine living in a home with your own 6 children, some of his brothers and other relatives from my mums and people we did not know so you can do your mathematics, all i can say is with his BIG HEART he provided shelter and food for the many around, he did his part, he created an Impact that shall last forever.

A man or woman, young or old, boy or girl should never ever be happy when their friends, neighbors, colleagues are not doing well, we should be able to send a helping hand, we should be able to tell someone the secret of our success, we should be able to share the reason for our hope and the reason for our patience, we should be able to look around and say How can I help you, How can I be of help, How can i make a difference in your life, I know when we think about this many times we want to run to the thought of money, it is just one of those tools that can make a difference - it is so powerful that King Solomon says it answers all things. It doesn't take so much to tell someone that what they are doing is wrong, just an opportunity like that can change a life, if someone was struggling financially and you know someone else who can give financial help and more so financial knowledge to enable someone have good financial practice, that wouldn't take away anything from you, it still doesn't hurt to tell someone this is how life should be best own your values and principles.

I do this small writing with passion telling us you can be a vessel, you can be a vehicle, you can be that person who can make a difference in someone's life, you are that wind of change, don't sit on your talents, gifts, opportunities- be that channel of change God created you to be. You have a purpose and that purpose should transcend beyond your comfort, being yourself. Just Imagine when you touch that one life - How many lives do you think he/she will touch, you can't even fathom because one day the same will be done to your child just because of that great seed you have sowed of love, kindness, compassion, care etc

Be that Vessel of Change and Transformation, my parents did what they could, my uncles and aunts played their part, my brothers and sisters did their part, my teachers played their part, my friends and colleagues played their part, the church plays its part everyday and more so God plays his part everyday, #Can you Play your part TODAY.

Courage

COURAGE

Many a times we are faced with situations and challenges that test our courage. 

Because we are not brave enough we lay back in fear, we refuse to proceed because we think we have not got what it takes. People who change the face of the world are courageous people, those who will walk above their fear and face all odds without giving room to worry and remorse.

Uncourageous people are those who discourage the weak and rob them too of their little faith that a mountain can be moved. Courage is giving up your fear for what’s in store for you irrespective of whether you have got what it takes or not but operating in faith and confidence in God hence believing him without a doubt to pull you through.

If God has spoken about your possession, about your future or even present it doesn’t matter who inhabits or who is in control, because you have an assurance that God is with you and he will never leave you nor forsake you. If you lay back and operate in fear your courage is robbed by the fact that you’ve let fear crip in, you deny yourself your own success which would come with the possibility that God is backing you up and not that it can’t be done because your young, small, weak, vulnerable and that you don’t have what it takes. You’re more than all that because the power of the Great I AM is in you that can work against all negative thoughts.

The courage of one lifts up the hearts of many and creates a determination which can’t be stopped no matter how hard things may be. 

When you discourage people this brings about complaints that cause a sense of loss of direction cause you choose to dwell on your weakness and not the one who makes you strong. Joshua and Caleb thought positively and hence reflected the courage they had because they trusted in the Lord who had spoken and was true to his word because he was able to deliver the promised land however much the amalekites and giants had taken over as they even were stronger than they but this made them different from the other spies because they knew their God was bigger than the challenge before them.

Our challenge is to invoke a life of courage in you that goes against all odds lets learn from Joshua and Caleb from Numbers 13:1-33 and Numbers 14:1-38

Note: Their courage was really tested when they where to take over their land and not when they were spying. It’s in the doing that we get tested and not the seeing.

Walking you through it..

Hey Friends, Family, Colleagues....I fell on this document i wrote some years back and it blest me, thought i could share it with someone out there and tell you God will walk you through it....

Ever looked around you and seen everything fail, ever hoped and dreamed that you would be somewhere, ever thought that your turning point was right about that corner. 

Yes this happens a lot, in fact it does happen when you have worked harder than you expected, it happens when you have clinched a serious deal and the returns were worthwhile but what came of it was just peanut it wasn't even equivalent to the sweat that dropped from you. It wasn't equivalent to the amount of time invested and creativity imparted.

Sometimes you think that the only option is to drop back and fade away slowly and see all your efforts equate to zero. I think it’s when you get the disbelief that the choices you made are wrong, that nothing good can come out of you, that you are a nobody, that you are a failure.

I have come to believe that “we are not alone”, that we don’t have to give up so easily because we are more than close to our break through, we don’t have to faint (loose heart).

When we keep our heads up and believe that we are not less than what we ought to be then we can triumph, then we are champions of our lives, more so God is with us as long as we acknowledge him in all we do, he will make the most out of us, he will unlock every gift and potential to take you the “place” you have imagined, the one you have dreamed of, the one you have been seeking answers for.

Sometimes it’s just  a “trust” away, the trust you had lost, it needs to be regained and engaged to the fullest of commitment, to trust is to commit.

We let go of our fundamental pillars that help us carry on in life, the belief you were taught, the one you had engineered by your faith, I ask the same question in such moments, “Where is my faith?”, “Why am I failing”?, but at times you got to tell yourself I won’t stop believing.

I've come to learn that what you believe God for he will give that thing, I draw my inspiration from John 1:12...”To them that believed he gave them the right to become children of God”. This just amazes me because my belief equals my rightful possession, it is my right!

When God walks you through he never counts your failure against you, he never counts your past against you, and he brings freshness upon you, he brings a revelation to take you through because he is with you, he is besides you to count on you that you will triumph, to trust you and be gracious to you. He loves the fact that he is making you into his likeness and you got to go through some stuff.

Because of the Christ in you and the Christ in Maa' Irene - God had favor in us and we have walked in Salvation
When I told you a found a woman (Martha) - you were ready to take her own as your own daughter and am glad she can find a Dad in you
On my wedding day you embraced me as your own son and besides all the support you give which am forever and eternally grateful, you gave me a campus and direction for mine and my wife's life and that is THE HOLY BIBLE, I believe it's is my recipe for success in all areas of my life.
